ALARM & FALSE ALARM ORDINANCE

JANUARY 1, 2010
- Alarms operating will be required to have a permit by March 1, 2010
- Alarms installed as of January 1, 2010 are required to have a permit within 30 days of the installation date.
- After January 1, 2010, any alarm that is responded to by Union Sheriff's Office that is not registered will be cited for failure to register the alarm and will be subject to a penalty up to fifty dollars ($50.00) and/or thirty days imprisonment.
